Mattress By Appointment London, located in London, Ontario, is looking for one (1) full-time and permanent Sales Manager (60020 – Retail and wholesale trade managers). The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Manage staff and assign duties

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales

• Plan direct and evaluate operations of business

• Determine new merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

• Monitor revenues

• Plan yearly budget

• Authorize expenditures

• Evaluate and improve customer service

• Research and plan second location

• Hire and train staff

• Respond to customer complaints

Applicant must have a College Diploma in Business. A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Sales Manager is an asset. Applicant must speak, read and write in English.

successful candidate will be remunerated at $38.50 per hour (40 hours per week).
